Design Service overview

Fill out design request form (below)
Fill in the contact information with details on the purpose the design will serve (A family reunion, business promotion, etc.) and write a description of what you want your design to look like. You can also upload up to 3 reference images to help get your idea across.
C3 will review requests and respond by scheduling an initial meeting to discuss and verify details of the design and options chosen. 20-30 mins.

Requests Reviewed and invoiced
Once the planning meeting is completed, you will be sent an invoice for the design service contract.
There are 2 design service contract options:

$100 - which covers 3 design variations and a 30% discount on all future purchases of the created item.
-
$25 - which covers 1 design variation and does not include any discount on the created item. (Ideal for lower volume purchases).
The design process, once initiated, should take 3-5 days to complete.
NOTE: The Design Fee is non-refundable!

Design work
Upon payment of the Design Service Contract Fee, C3 will schedule a date to begin the work on the designs.
The agreed number of design variations will be made, all based on the descriptions and reference information given (This is to allow for various interpretations to be made). The final designs will be shared with you to review and choose one to be published to the website for purchase.
If none of the designs are chosen, you can pay another design service contract fee to create another set of designs, which will require the same 3-5 day turn-around time, or you are free to walk away from the project at this stage.

Design Delivery
Once the chosen design has been made available to you on the C3 website, you will be able to purchase the shirt directly.
If you paid for the version with a discount, then your items will be offered with a discount code for 30%.
In either case, you will receive a 'commission code' to search for your direct listing in the site.
